Inductive sensors

 

Inductive sensors.Inductive sensors are used for contactless switching of the circuits. Their action is based on the inductive principle - when a metal object approach to the core, the output switches and the circuit is opened or closed. In the presence of metal to the core of the sensor, the output's indicator lights. The absence of mechanical contacts ensure high reliability. They are used in solving problems of automation in a high dust, temperature, humidity, vibration, continuous mode and others.

Photoelectric sensors

Photoelectric sensors. Optical sensors are contactless switches in the circuit. The principle of operation consists in the broadcasting and receiving a light beam with specific wavelength. Change in the baseline condition is realized under the interruption or reflection of light from the object which is being viewed. There are several types of optical sensors according to the principle of action - diffuse type, reflective type, barrier type.

 

Capacitive sensors
Capacitive sensors.Capacitive sensors register contactless the presence of metallic (conductive) and non – metal objects.
 
Ultrasonic sensors
Ultrasonic sensors. In many industries, in different processes is necessary to define distances and levels of liquids in open and closed tanks, including those located in high temperature. Under these conditions, are widely used ultrasonic sensors. They represent a combination of piezoelement (sensor) and an electronic circuit converter. The principle of operation lies in amending the energy of the ultrasonic wave when its passing in environments with different acoustic resistance. Ultrasonic sensors are universal in control of any liquids: optically transparent and opaque, fire and explosive, aggressive, conductive and non – conductive.

 

Magnetic sensors

Magnetic sensors - Magnetic sensors work normally and serve for switching AC and DC circuits. Principle of action is determined by the approach of a permanent magnet to the core of a sensor and its output switches.
